David Ali has been awesome to work with. He was able to answer multiple questions and walked us through the entire building process. Anytime we had a question even after we moved into our home he still assisted us with whatever we needed. When we were looking for our home we had so many things we wanted in our home and Legacy meet every requirement down to having gas in the home.

We had the pleasure of building in the Pennington neighborhood. Jaelin was the agent we worked with, and she's the reason we went with this house. She has responded quickly with any questions we or our Realtor had, and worked with us every step of the way. She's nice, knowledgeable, and made our first home buying experience great! We loved the design center and the contractors we worked with. I highly recommend building through Legacy.

SOUTHERN FAMILY HOME BUILDERS REVIEWS

We had a major water leak in our master bath that required a total demo and rebuild. Since we had never built a house or had a remodel performed, we didn’t know what to expect during the process. We spoke with SFHB about the task and they provided step by step details of the rebuild. We felt very comfortable with Tyler and his group and decide to go with them. We are very happy with the craftsmanship and look of our new tile shower and floor. Thanks!

We rent from them , they are very great to deal with ! The few issues we have had they immediately resolved our issues unlike many other places we have rented!
