My brother and I were interested in an apartment unit at this location and I went out a few weeks ago to tour the property with Beth Porter and she was Phenomenal! From the onset of my initial contact, to the tour, and after my tour, Beth stayed in contact with me and answered all of my pertinent questions. I was impressed with the location, amenities, and layout of the property. Beth was very professional and treated me with kindness and respect.

Incredible location and amazing staff. Everyone was helpful, attentive, and honest with me and my fiancée when we came to tour. All areas we were shown were clean and looked well maintained. They’re pet friendly which is our biggest obstacle when looking for somewhere to move. We look forward to (hopefully) get to move into such a great community.

The maintenance team deserves special recognition for their non-stop efforts in ensuring the property is impeccably maintained. Artisan is conveniently close to Publix and an array of restaurants. The neighborhood charm is enhanced by friendly neighbors. The courtyard is a hidden gem, a wonderful retreat within the complex. I couldn't be happier with my decision to live here—truly a top-notch experience. Thank you!

I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life at Artisan. The staff are friendly and helpful. Bama’s (property manager) timely and friendly response to all concerns has been a pleasure to have and I honestly couldn't have had a better living experience… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintenance quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting from Artisan for the remainder of my years in Huntsville, and I strongly recommend Artisan to all looking for a home.
