I am so lucky to have found Huntsville Parc to be my apartment Home. It is kept up so pretty! It is a gated community with 200 units and the most beautiful large pool with community barbeque, a lovely large clubhouse, workout areas and more. My favorite though, is the tons of trees and flowering bushes and the prettiest small runoff pond with ducks, turtles, fish, and I even saw an egret the other morning. I have birdfeeders in the tree outside my front door which faces the pond and every bird imaginable comes to eat there and will wipe out my large squirrel proof feeder in 2 to 3 days! They enjoy my suet and hummingbird feeder too. Very responsive friendly maintenance, and just everything one could ask for plus it feels so safe. Many people walk their dogs, there is a nice playground for kids and even a car wash area. I can’t imagine more anywhere else. Thank you Huntsville Parc for taking care of us so well. I lived here for a little over a year, only moved out because I am relocating to another state. Maintenance staff was always timely and things were fixed well. Office staff (Rebecca, Logan and Chelsey) were always very helpful and addressed any concerns immediately. The only issue I had was when I moved in, the carpet wasn't cleaned, but it was addressed immediately. Other than that, it was a great place to live and the community events are a great touch and make the vibe more welcoming. The location is conveniently close to different areas of Huntsville, but the community itself is very quiet.

At Huntsville Parc you always feel at home and safe. The community is very well kept. I love the flowers out and about. I absolutely love walking around the lake especially in the Spring. The Management Staff are amazing people as well as the Maintenance Staff. I absolutely love living here!.

My brother and I were interested in an apartment unit at this location and I went out a few weeks ago to tour the property with Beth Porter and she was Phenomenal! From the onset of my initial contact, to the tour, and after my tour, Beth stayed in contact with me and answered all of my pertinent questions. I was impressed with the location, amenities, and layout of the property. Beth was very professional and treated me with kindness and respect.

Incredible location and amazing staff. Everyone was helpful, attentive, and honest with me and my fiancée when we came to tour. All areas we were shown were clean and looked well maintained. They’re pet friendly which is our biggest obstacle when looking for somewhere to move. We look forward to (hopefully) get to move into such a great community.
