My wife and I were in the in the process of shopping for a new couch, and decided to try out the local Rooms To Go in Huntsville. The staff was very polite, and we were assisted by Ms. Nikki. She was extremely helpful and I was unsure about some of the models on the floor. She took her time explaining customization and design of many models they had. She was very patient with me and even stayed after her shift to assist us in picking out and ordering a couch. Friendly and knowledgeable through and through, she won my business today and I would highly recommend her if you have any questions regarding anything the store carries. Can’t wait to see our new couch when it arrives.

Love rooms to go. I actually return a table that was more expensive on Amazon and found this one cheaper and so much better quality at rooms to go. The sectional is the best thing to ever exist. We’ve bought room sets and many other things and the quality is just so good and sturdy. Especially having two kids bouncing all over them. I’ve shopped in store and online and haven’t had any issues.

Purchased a La-Z-Boy reclining sofa on Febuary 14, 2025 at the Huntsville University Drive store. We are quite happy with it as well as the shopping experience and delivery. The store was large, clean and full of variety. Our saleslady (Tori) was first class and very tolerant of our many questions. The price was fair due to the 30% off Presidents' Day sale. (Regular price a bit much for us.) The delivery was real good and within an honored window. Real-time GPS truck tracking was neat. The really first class part of delivery was the deliverymen Shaun and Peyton Hill. They were very professional and nice. They were strong and experienced. They expertly took the new sofa in and old sofa out without touching the door frame. As they set up, they patiently gave us an explanation of the workings of our reclining sofa. A five-star experience overall.

Extremely nice, helpful and informative sales lady. She allowed us to have space to browse and look around without any pressure. Willing and helpful when we asked opinions regarding fabric colors. We were ok with the price and we also picked up a few decorative items on clearance while we were there. Our sofa is ordered and we are very excited about it.
