The repair performed on my vehicle was Excellent!!! The professional personnel the personally assured me with this transaction was Mr. Jarvis, Mr. Cole, and the receptionist ( she is so nice), whom I did not get her name, made this process so easy. However, there is still one area on my passenger side rear door where it looks like someone left a " smear" on that door. The smear is underneath the clear coat after it was painted. One of the areas that I had pointed out to Jarvis was taken care of, but this area was left untouched. I would " still" like this deficiency resolved as soon as possible. However, I would still recommend Joe Hudson Collison to friends and colleagues for auto repair.

Took my 2024 RAV4 to Bill Penney Collision after someone hit her in a parking lot. Accident happened 12/6, I dropped her off 12/13 and she was finished 1/2. Much faster than I had anticipated. Super nice people working there, explained the process, kept me informed regularly and did a top notch job on her to keep her in warranty. She got a well needed facelift and we got her back looking brand new again. They even gave me and my son some fun t-shirts as well. Everyone we spoke to was kind and helpful throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend! Edited to add: progressive insurance acted promptly as well once their client finally admitted fault. I bet they’ll look next time they back up and not sideswipe a car. Pics are before obviously- she looks perfectly brand new now.

Took my sequoia in for a paint recall. Carolyn at the front desk was so warm and helpful! Randy kept me up to date and was responsive throughout the process. They had her all cleaned up for me- tires shining! The job was at no cost to me bc of recall, but I left there feeling like I owed them for all the great service! Couldn’t haven’t been more pleased! Did I mention Carolyn, and her smile? She is the face of the Collision Center! News from her is easy to receive. And I got a free tshirt! -Tosha.

First time using this body shop and they rate five stars. They do couch their answers so that they do not over promise. They do over deliver. They worked great with our insurance company to get supplemental approved and delivered before their anticipated stated ready date. Nothing is more disappointing to me than a business that gives you an unrealistic delivery date. I hope it never happens, but I would bring my vehicle back here for body repair again.
