Bernie, the owner, was awesome! Booking my appointment was a breeze. Lara and Diana, the groomers, took good care of my parent's dog, Paco, when he came in for a nail cut. As his nails were long ( and dark in color), my parents were concerned that someone might cut into the quick. No such worries here! They use a Dremel type tool to grind the nails, thus avoiding the chance of not seeing the quick while using conventional clippers and causing injury. These two young ladies (NO, they are NOT twins, just sisters...lol) were professional and displayed a caring attitude to both the dog and myself. The location is clean, does not smell (like some boarding kennels do), and has ample room for your furbabies to overnight or spend the day at doggie-spa. You can watch them groom your pet right in front of you, watching how they treat your animal and the care they use to ensure your baby's comfort and safety. They not only groom here but also have Pet Daycare and Boarding, I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Doggie Do's. They are located on Governors Drive, just off the I-565 exit. I know I will be back.

So friendly and flexible and Lara and Diane work so well and gently with my sweet fur baby! Special shout out to Lara... she is the best! If you have had problems with groomers in the past...give them a try.

Lara is amazing! She treats our little rescue pup Rip with such love and patience. He loves going to see Lara! Would highly recommend her.

I have been bringing my Shih Tzu Titan there for a year and absolutely love it. They do n amazing job, have flexible drop off hours, always follow up call with updates, parking with time constraints, and so much more. My pupper seems to really like coming there - Sumer. Reply

I’ve always been anxious about leaving my dogs in the care of someone else so for over 20 years I’ve been grooming my own dogs. After getting our newest dog I realized I was not skilled enough to do him on my own. I was nervous and spent hours researching who other local pet owners were recommending, especially those with Poodles. I am very pleased with our experience at VIP Grooming. Morgan was kind and honest. She took her time to explain what she did and let me know what things I need to work on with him so he can be more comfortable during the process. I admire her patience and talent because I know it was not easy to get him looking this good. I would definitely recommend and will continue taking my boy here. These pictures are several days after our visit but you can still see the lovely job she did.

Took our Shih Tzu, Sadie Mae in to be groomed and they did a great job with her. They were able to book us an appointment in only a few days, so it was very convenient. The facility was nice and clean and the employees were pleasant as well.

I was reluctant to have our Yorkie groomed here only because she has had the same groomer since she was old enough to have a haircut HOWEVER I was incredibly impressed with our puppy’s haircut today! I don’t leave reviews often but felt this business deserved to be acknowledged. I’ll be taking her here from now on.

If I could give this grooming place 10 stars I would! They are so sweet and do an INCREDIBLE job. I can tell Brandy really takes her time and actually cares how the pups hair looks! They always give a cute banana necklace or bows just to top it off! Millie has been going here since she was 6 months old and will continue to be a loyal customer.

I love this place! Every time I drop my puppy off they take such good care of her! Thank you Cassie for treating my dog as if she were your own, we will see you in a couple of months.

I only trust Robin with my cats! She's amazing with them and always does such a wonderful job.
