I had such a great experience at Carmedix! I had read the really positive reviews on Yelp and they were able to look at my truck quickly, so I gave them a shot. I'm so glad I did! Jeff at the front desk was very professional, helpful, and easy to work with. My truck is old and needed serious repairs. They showed me clear pictures of what was going on, gave me an estimate, let me use their loaner car so I could keep doing the things I needed to do, and had it ready on time. I went back a second time and had another great experience. I'm so happy to have my truck running again and would highly recommend this place.

Leaving another review because this continues to be one of the best mechanics I have been to. I've been using them for the past 5 years or so and have had zero regrets. Knowledgeable, fast, and fair with exceptional customer service. I continue to use them even though I've moved further away to Apex because the extra 20 minute drive is worth the peace of mind knowing that I don't have to wonder if they fixed something right the first time. Cannot recommend this shop enough.
