Honest Accurate Auto Service

I highly recommend Honest Accurate Auto. Every single person I encountered was putting their best foot forward and going above and beyond expectations. They were extremely busy, but squeezed me in and had my car ready within a few hours. The inspection report on my vehicle was very detailed, showing everything that was checked and which things needed service. It also listed things that will need service in the near future. When they called to let me know the outcome, not only did they not pressure me into having the repairs done, they didn’t even ask. The repairs are all in the paperwork for me to choose which things I can do myself and when/if I have them make the repairs. Why would I take my car anywhere else? They’ve gained a loyal customer! Thanks Jonathan for doing such a great job with my car and thanks to everyone else for being so pleasant and accommodating!

Amazing service! I called Honest Accurate on a Monday mid afternoon, thinking I just needed a quick battery replacement (I needed it quickly since I’m a driver as my occupation), I spoke with Austin and he said to go ahead and bring my car in and they’d check it out. Long story short it ended up being my alternator, and even with not having an appointment, the extra work and getting parts - he made it happen to get all that done, get me rides and get my car back to me the next morning since he knew I needed it back by then! I’ve taken my car to Honest Accurate for years and always been happy but this was a whole new level of customer service! Seriously, Honest Accurate is a great place to trust your car work to! This was by far a great experience. Originally scheduled for Ford to check my truck out but needed it quicker than they could get it in. Google repair shops near me and Honest, accurate auto repair came up and called them and they were able to get my truck in Monday and said it would be ready Wednesday. But to our surprise they were able to fix it on Tuesday and we were not out a vehicle but for a day. Great ppl and excellent customer service. We will be using them in the future for all auto needs.
