A nice employee of Sterlings carpet care who goes by the nickname Metal Neck came to our house to clean our carpets and an area rug. We’ve been in the house for four years and just recently added a puppy to our family. Since the puppy is now potty trained we had everything cleaned. Metal Neck showed up a little bit early which I loved because I hate it when people, including myself, are late. He was professional and polite and did an amazing job. Our carpets are still drying and can’t be walked on at the moment, but they they all look amazing. Our rug had a spot where the couch covered it so it looked brand new, now the whole rug looks brand new. When we need another cleaning I will be calling Sterlings and requesting Metal Neck because of the quality work he did in an efficient timeframe. Thanks Metal Neck!

Called to see if they serviced my area as we are pretty rural and not only did they come out this far they didn’t charge an exuberant travel fee. Their technician “metal neck guy” was quick, explained the stuff he was doing and got all the puppy stains out! 100% recommend.
