I used to work in a tech department so never in 40 years did I ever have to go outside for repairs. So I was nervous this first time. But Miles was amazing! Utterly knowledgeable, competent, efficient, friendly, respectful - I can't think of enough accolades. The shop's waiting area had a comfortable couch and a pleasant aura. The cost for his labor was totally reasonable. It's such a relief to know there's a computer repair place I can trust.

Justin was extremely kind, courteous and efficient. He was able to squeeze in my request, due to travel distance, on top of his workload. I am very grateful and he did a great job. He has excellent customer service and is very dedicated to his clients and his work.

Wonderful amazing service!!!!! Manufacture error in my brand new gaming computer was resolved within a day. These guys replaced the part and got me back online so fast. Didn't miss any in-game events thanks to the amazing team at Reno Computer Fix.

100000/10 I would recommend them! They did wonderful! I have a really awkward laptop a lot of people don’t have (a Razer 14) which I’ve had for ages! It has been having a ton of issues lately, after searching on Reddit and through reviews I picked them, as anxious as I was since it would be the first time getting my laptop repaired they were so reassuring. The laptop currently works like new and if anything ever comes up I would happily go back to them to repair it. If you have an issues with your computer please go to them! They are honestly so nice so professional and so fast at repairs! They addressed every single issue I had a found a solution! Thank you so much for fixing my laptop.

After letting my computer sit for a month, Alex easily confirmed all my data was there and I had just re-connected the cable to wrong ports and wrong inputs selected from monitor, creating inability to see desktop.
