We had an emergency with our HVAC system and our neighbors recommended Goettl. We were able to get on the schedule within less than 24 hours and they sent out Daniel who did an incredible job of investigating and explaining in detail and in easy to understand terms, the cause of our problems and made a reasonable suggestion of services to replace/repair our system. We really appreciated that he was polite, knowledgeable and not pushy. Would definitely recommend.

He is professional, so friendly, so knowledgeable & made my husband and I very comfortable with the things we weren’t sure of! My husband and I had a new heating and cooling system installed yesterday by Nevada Heating and Cooling. It is great unit and we are very pleased with the entire process. It started with Jake Hahn, his knowledge and expertise and with the help of the service manager Nick Clemons they were able to get everything organized and permits for an install in a mobile home park which is always hoops to jump through. Kevin, Chris and Angel showed up right on time and jumped right into the install. These three young men spent all day non stop installing our new unit. They were respectful of us, our home, and our property, they were also incredibly kind to us. During the install Roger the install manager and Anthony the quality control manager stopped in to check on things and the progress of the install. My husband and I love this new system and am very pleased with the service we received from Nevada Heating and Cooling.

Wow! I was blown away by what a great job Myles (HVAC) and DeAndre (plumbing) did at our house today. They were both super professional, thorough, and very friendly! The standard of technical expertise and customer service was exceptional. I very rarely give 5-star reviews but I would give them 6/5 stars if I could. We ended up having to replace both furnaces in the house and a different crew came out the next day to do the install. Everything I said above about Myles and DeAndre goes for Niege, Caleb, Christian, and Adrian. They were absolutely wonderful and when they left, they cleaned so thoroughly that there was zero evidence that they had even been in the house. Thank you.
