What can I say other than getting all the quotes you want. Then call David. These guys did an awesome job on the new roof. Going from wood to the composite I was a little worried about damage, they took care of everything and I never had a concern. The contact and status were awesome and I couldn't be happier with the result. I expected that there was going to need to be major repairs, if there was, I never knew about it, it was just handled. I have already told a couple of people that when they need a roof to give him a call.

David and his crew did a FANTASTIC job on my roof! They started within a week of me calling them! They were 100% done in 4 days and we have a big roof! We loved this company. Audrey got right back to us with a price, was willing to work with us. She was caring and answered all calls and e-mails. Audrey and her employees were honest, displayed integrity, professionalism, punctual. Her contractor Mitch, helpers Joe and Jason were absolutely great. They paid attention to every detail of their job, super with clean up, polite. Oh yes, our roof is absolutely gorgeous. They removed existing old tile roof, replaced all flashing and installed a beautiful flat panel steel roof that has made our home look like new.

I highly recommend Ace Roofing. Steve Nichols is great to deal with and is very responsive. I had a nasty leak in my roof that was pooling in the ceiling above the kitchen. I called all over town, but could barely get anyone to even call me back. Steve answered the phone second ring and offered to come out the next day to take a look. He spotted the problem and gave me an estimate with two hours. The next week, he was up on my roof doing the repairs. You don't find this type of customer service with contractors in Reno. This is my roofing company from now on!
