Great people working there! Lonnie, our salesman and Denice in billing are super professional. We had adt for over 6 years and every time we had a problem it would take forever to talk to a human and then always ended up sending someone out days later. Alarm not working and waiting days for someone to come out was not a great feeling. Plus their monthly was much more than Mountain Alarm. Phone app super quick also! Just very happy we changed.
