They provide dogs with opportunities to socialize with other dogs, lounge around, play with toys, and participate in other activities. Their private lessons are conducted one-on-one with a trainer and typically last between 45 minutes and one hour, depending on the material being covered and the dog’s age and/or attention span. On Command 2 also offers group training classes that run for five weeks, with one class held each week. I’m a first time customer of On Command. We brought our two Portuguese Water dogs in for grooming. The staff was welcoming and kind. The place was spotless and didn’t smell of dog like so many other facilities do. They did exactly what I asked of them. My pups came out beautifully groomed. It was obvious they put a lot of time and effort into making my dogs look and feel fabulous. They seemed relaxed and not overly stressed by the experience. I feel confident giving On Command 5 stars and will refer others to the business.

Lacey is absolutely wonderful. She is kind, patient, and does an exceptional job with our 3 Tollers. Our dogs see her regularly, and they always leave looking beautifully groomed and happy. Lacey takes the time to care for each one individually, ensuring they have a comfortable and positive experience every visit.

The dog day care and dog grooming at On Command are always on point. I appreciate how they ask what our wants and needs are so that they can best care for our four legged family member. We like going there almost as much as our precious dog. I’d recommend them to anyone.

We can’t say enough amazing things about our experience with Stand Proud Dog Training! Our dog Kona went in for resource guarding and obedience training, and the transformation has been incredible. From the very beginning, Brandon was kind, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about dog behavior. They took the time to understand Kona’s specific needs and tailored the training to help him become more confident, responsive, and well-behaved. Not only did they address the resource guarding with incredible success, but Kona also came back with vastly improved obedience skills. The progress Kona made was beyond what we had hoped for, and we’re so grateful to have had someone so skilled and caring guiding him (and us) through this journey. We now feel more confident as dog owners and know we have the tools we need to continue reinforcing everything he learned. Thank you so much for helping our sweet boy thrive.

We have been bringing our pup, Venus, to Stand Proud for about 10 months now (classes, dog daycare and even overnight boarding) and have experienced nothing but great service with their knowledgeable, caring and friendly staff. Kennel attendants and trainers get to know you & your dog and provide excellent care and attention. Debbie and Danielle always respond to emails and texts as soon as they're able to. We know Venus is always in good hands and feel comfortable leaving her in their care.

Maple and I can’t thank Karen enough! If you’re reading this review, just take the first step and contact High Desert Dog Training. I wish I would have done it sooner! I brought my 3 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback in for the 4 week board and train and I am so impressed! My dog needed help in just about every area, she would rush people at the door, pull on the leash, bark when crated, insecure around strangers and hyper dogs, would only listen if food was involved, the list goes on. At Maples first one on one training I was stunned at her leash manners and her response time to commands, each week following she outdid herself and amazed me with new skills. By the time she came home she could “place” and relax for long periods of time, even with someone KNOCKING ON THE DOOR! She now waits for permission to exit and enter the front door, has amazing leash manners, doesn’t pay attention to random dogs and people, relaxes in her crate when needed, she’s all around improved immensely . Karen is so knowledgeable, caring, honest, and most importantly Maple absolutely loved her.

I am so happy I sent my dog, Lucy, to the Board and Train program at High Desert Dog Training. Lucy came back home so well trained! I really like that I met with Karen and Lucy periodically during the training program so that I could learn the skills Lucy was learning. I would recommend High Desert to anyone looking for a dog training program.

Karen did a fantastic job with Hiro getting him prepared to be a fantastic therapy dog for lots of people to enjoy his great personality. Truly appreciate the time and care she put into training him.
