From the moment Cheyne arrived he was professional and courteous. He worked on changing the springs on the garage door but also let me know of other issues that needed to be addressed without any pressure. His most concern was my safety and the proper operation of the door. Amazing service by George & Sons and their team. I'd give them 10 stars if that were an option. Garage door tension spring snapped over the Labor day holiday and I was on a short window to get it fixed; they were out bright and early on Tuesday/today and got it done with a quickness!! Very much appreciated and cant say enough about their professionalism! I do definitely recommend Thompson Garage Doors.
Absolutely great experience with using Thompson. Taking my work request, to being on time. Lady at front office very respectful and customer oriented. The installer for my new motor and other parts was Ken H. Another outstanding employee who knows his job, very respectful and great to have at our house. Recommend this company highly. Will always use them in the future.
Wonderful service! Fast and very trustworthy. I cannot remember the guy's name who came, but he was the on call guy and incredible. Honest, easy to work with abd so nice! When we need to replace we will definitely be coming back to Thompson!
