When my sister passed away due to chronic illness. La Paloma in Reno was called to receive her at her home. Joyce Allen and her amazing crew took great care of everything. She guided us through the process and made us feel at ease. The casket and flower arrangements where beautiful and fairly priced. My parents bought their policies 20 plus years ago. In their policies was a provision for their ashes to be shipped across country. This provision was a real asset seeing as how my mother passed away in Nevada and had to be sent to Florida to be scattered. Advanced Hospice contacted The Neptune Society the morning my mother passed, they arrived for her removal and gave us some alone time to say our goodbyes, they were very respectful and attentive. The follow up has been excellent. We’ve been informed of every step of my mother’s progress through the entire event. I honestly don’t know what else I could ask for. If my wife and I didn’t already have our plans in place I’d definitely employ the Neptune Society.
