I had a great experience with StorQuest! One of the workers, Geraldine, was so kind and passionate. She explained every detail and helped us with picking out what worked best for us. She even took the extra time to explain to me about the start of the company and how great service is so important to the company. The place itself is really nice and secure. I would recommend this place to others!.

After searching all over, I am so glad to have found StorQuest. Zack is beyond friendly, professional and goes the extra mile to make everything seamless. The place is well kept, clean, secure, and safe. Not to mention very fairly priced. Very impressed and highly recommend.

Geraldine was super helpful! She fit me in even though I forgot to make an appointment. She was super friendly and helpful as made sure that I knew everything in time for my move in date! The Unit was very nice and clean! 100% would recommend.

We chose this storage place due to its easy accessibility. You can easily get a semi-truck with a 53ft trailer in and out, no problem. The storage units are clean, the office is well kept, and the staff are great. But Brenda is the special sauce that keeps the place running. I had a small issue with my unit door, one quick call and no more than 5 minutes later she's out there helping out. Thank you for being such a professional.

Best self storage in Reno!! I had a storage unit here for 1 year and there were never any hidden fees. Even after my promotional deal expired, the rate was very affordable! Susie in the front office is extremely kind and knowledgeable. Any issue I had, she had a quick and simple solution. Clean and secure units really were the cherry on top!.

I recently moved into a storage unit, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience thanks to Danielle. From the moment I walked in, she was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain all my options, helped me choose the right unit for my needs, and made the entire process seamless. Her attention to detail and customer service went above and beyond. If you’re looking for top-notch assistance, Danielle the person to ask for! Highly recommend.

Our company has had five storage units with Wrondel for nearly one year. The facility is very clean and accessible. We have had extensive interactions with Suzy, the manager, who has always been extremely friendly and helpful. We have moved our storage contents around several times and Suzy always reminds us when rent is due and for which lockers. She's a great manager. I highly recommend Wrondel Self Storage.
