Steven showed up right on time and was extremely respectful and courteous. He proceeded to discuss the services they offer and went over everything with me thoroughly before starting. Steven was fast, efficient and very knowledgeable. He explained to me in detail what he was doing, and how to maintain and treat my rugs and carpets until the next service, that really shouldn’t be needed for another year. I will definitely use Zerorez again and ask for Steven. Great job and totally personable and friendly.

Wil G was awesome at cleaning my carpets, gave me some helpful tips on how to keep them clean after the cleaning so that I can keep them looking great! I have dogs that sometimes would use the bathroom on the carpets and he got up every yellow stain possible. (The blue and pink stains in one of the pictures is at this point unable to get out of the carpet and I knew it wouldn’t come up but Wil still gave it his best shot and made it allot less big of a spot) I will be using this company again! Hopefully not any time soon if I can keep up on my side of the deal!

Excellent service from Zerorez! This was my first time using this company. My technician was Major and he was incredibly friendly, helpful and showed attention to detail. Our carpets look brand new after his work. Couldn’t be happier with the result. The woman taking appointments on the phone was also very friendly and accommodating. Thank you very much! Will definitely be using Zerorez for future carpet cleaning needs.
