Our wedding day would not have been as perfect as it was without Essential Details! Diana & Giavanna made sure that our special day was flawless. Even with pouring down rain the entire day leading up to the 5:30 ceremony, they made sure that everything went off without a hitch. If there was an issue, we didn't know about it! Diana met with us the month before the wedding and walked us through all the details and made sure the vendors were aware of our requests for the day of. We had several smaller details/items that we wanted included at the venue and she made sure everything was set up, taken down, and safely placed back in family member's cars. Throughout the evening they made sure that we were on schedule to ensure we didn't run behind on the photographer or DJ's schedules. My husband and I, and our families, were able to enjoy the day without worrying about the smaller things that had us stressed leading up to the wedding day. Could not have done it without them and highly recommend their Day-Of coordinator services!
Can't rave about Essential Details enough. They provided full service planning for our wedding and everything. was. perfect. The planning process was so so much easier having their assistance. The team of florists and designers are unreal as well. They took my very minimal yet specific vision and brought it life in the most perfect day. Specifically, my planner, Diana Medley, was easily my favorite part of wedding planning. She was my rock throughout everything. Gave me such sound advice and on our wedding day was incredible. She made sure we were fed, having fun and not worried about anything the whole day. I don't know what's in the water, but the Essential Details team is full of kind, smart, badass women. They are the best of the best.

We had such a wonderful experience with our daughter's wedding, using Michaelis as our caterer! The coordinator, Crystal Sprouse, was absolutely wonderful! She and her team prepared and served a wonderful and delicious meal, and helped us in a variety of ways before, during, and afterwards. We couldn't have asked for the meal to go any more smoothly! Going above and beyond, Crystal stayed with us through our clean-up time. She helped us pack up all our items, sweep up flowers, and even helped carry items out to our cars! All of that was out of the goodness of her heart! It wasn't her job, but she truly wanted to help! Michaelis Events - you have a truly valuable resource in your company with Crystal! I hope you know what a true gem she really is! This was our youngest, so we are through with wedding planning! Haha! However, if we ever need a caterer for a large group event again, we will once again be calling Michaelis! Plus, we will insist that Crystal is our coordinator! That's a promise!!
