I cannot say enough about Essential Details and Morgan, our planner! She made the wedding go flawlessly. About a month before the wedding we met and talked about the details and logistics of everything that we had not thought of before. Morgan took the stress off of us by contacting the vendors and creating a timeline down to the minute of how the wedding day would run. Morgan was not just an expert at creating a flawless plan for our special day, she also put us at ease as we probably asked her a million questions leading up the wedding. As someone who was stressed and worried about the small details, Morgan took care of it and let my entire family enjoy the day. We truly consider her family now. The saying goes "only you will know if something goes wrong" but truly everything went perfect and there were no hiccups along the planning process and wedding. We cannot recommend Essential Details enough for the passion, hard work, and dedication to making their couple have the most memorable wedding day.

I cannot say enough good things about Essential Details and especially our planner, Morgan! She was an absolute sanity-saver during the entire planning process and on the wedding day. Morgan was the first vendor we hired, and she guided us through every step of the process. I joke that, if it wasn't for her, we would have quit planning and eloped one month in. She really got to know us as a couple, which helped us find the perfect vendors and design an absolutely jaw-dropping day. She even pivoted beautifully when our outdoor wedding was rained out! Our wedding day was completely stress-free and absolutely perfect. I also have to shout out Gretchen, who designed the most gorgeous invites and signage for our big day! Thank you, thank you, thank you!! Specifically, my planner, Diana Medley, was easily my favorite part of wedding planning. She was my rock throughout everything. Gave me such sound advice and on our wedding day was incredible. She made sure we were fed, having fun and not worried about anything the whole day. I don't know what's in the water, but the Essential Details team is full of kind, smart, badass women. They are the best of the best.

Essential details went above and beyond to make sure our wedding weekend was perfect. My coordinator, Diana, was detail oriented, quick thinking, attentive & so fun to work with. I never felt stressed, even with last minute weather changes. Truly a day we will never forget highly recommend essential details for all event planning.

MILLENNIUM EVENTS REVIEWS

I worked with Christy from Millennium for one of our largest trade and event shows of the 2024 season. Planning for the event was long and arduous but Christy was receptive, communicative and easy to work with every step of the way. Our in house designer did all our signage designs but the assurance we were given that that resolution our files were presented in gave us great comfort and the final products were stunning. The elevator clings and the large lobby banner were a hit and drove an amazing amount of visibility for us before people even stepped into the exhibit hall. Thank you for everything and helping us make Louisville, KY a successful show.

Millennium Events' made our reception at Churchill Downs memorable! From the beautiful rose julip table dressings, to the oversized seating, its was all done with style and class. Special thanks to Christy for helping us reimagine the space last minute and substituting items that helped make the night even more fun! Thank you all.

I can't express how superior my birthday event was due to your professionalism and excellent service. I wanted a grand event and Lauren made everything a reality! I live away and planned a getaway weekend, and once I talked with Laren, she had all the details and handled every aspect of my party. All I had to do was enjoy my weekend. The setup, food, and service were all A+. It was memorable, and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for top-of-the-line service and delivery.

Michaelis Events and Catering made our wedding dreams come true! Lauren didn’t batt an eye at some of our less conventional requests (tequila pickle shots anyone). Her team was effective yet unobtrusive from set up to tear down. I can’t imagine what the day would have been like without her day of coordinating! All around a lovely experience and I would work with them again and again.

Having Lauren help coordinate all the other vendors in addition to catering was an absolute dream. She was so great to work with and took all the stress out of the day. And the food! Especially the hors d'oeuvres were divine.
