PEGASUS REVIEWS

For two days we have been on a Pegasus tour on the Bourbon Trail around Louisville, KY. It had snowed heavily and there was flooding. Pegasus had to re-arrange our itinerary on the fly and did a wonderful job. Our driver, Bill Smith, was exceptional. He was friendly, knowledgeable, funny, kind, helpful, and an excellent driver in the snow. It’s been an outstanding experience.

Our limo bus driver, Brittney did an absolutely fantastic job! From start to finish, she was professional, courteous, and ensured everyone had a smooth and enjoyable ride. Her attention to detail, safe driving, and friendly demeanor made the experience even better. We couldn’t have asked for a better driver to make our event memorable. Highly recommend Brittney.

Great bus service! Booked for a company outing to Derby, prices were great, and lower than other companies, considering how big of a day it is in Louisville. I was told the driver, Drew, was excellent! friendly, helpful, and knew how to navigate the busy derby streets. He assisted in stocking our coolers, and everyone who went had nothing but great things to say about him. To set up the transportation, I worked with James, who was great as well! he communicated kindly and quickly, and helped answer all my questions. He stayed in touch throughout the entire process, which made me feel good, as I did not attend the event I was booking for. He was able to get me any documents I needed, and even suggested times for pick-up as he knew the times the derby races started. They have their own parking near Churchill Downs, which is only a small walk to the entrance. I look forward to working with James again for our transportation needs.

We use this service every year and are never disappointed. This year we had Dana she’s a driving angel. She was so kind and thoughtful. She also had great location suggestions. Thanks to James for always taking care of the details.

Thank you Majestic Transportation for making our travel to and from the Derby effortless. Shout out to Aubrey as well for being very personable on top of being a great driver. Highly recommended.
