Pegasus was an amazing, reliable, and accommodating car service! I booked Pegasus for two separate trips in one day for a bride and groom, and the service was phenomenal. They transported the bride and groom from their ceremony to the reception, and then came back later as the getaway car for the bride and groom. From inquiry to day-of service, my expectations were exceeded! Months in advance of the wedding day, Pegasus made it easy to understand all of the anticipated charges and answered all of my questions. The week of the wedding, when I called to confirm we were still all set for the transportation, they assured me that they had it all covered and I could be at ease! And, the day of the wedding, Presena, our driver provided top-tier service. Presena answered my calls day-of, arrived ahead of schedule, rolled out a red carpet for our bride groom as they entered the car that was tastefully decorated with "Just Married" magnets, and was SO kind and considerate to me and the bride and groom. Pegasus overall was such a reliable, AFFORDABLE, service that is bound to make a wedding day or any other day special with their car service!

I found Veteran Executive Transportation after trying to book a limo through several other places for my daughter's prom. I found them to be very responsive to phone calls/emails and in providing the quote. A couple days before the event, they sent me a reminder email detailing the remaining amount to be paid and specifying the tip to the driver. On the day of the event, when I reached out via email to extend the time later in the evening, I received a very prompt reply with the amount. Robert was the chauffeur. He was personable, but also was clear about the rules with the kids (no backpacks, no alcohol, any changes to the itinerary comes from me). The limo stayed with them for the duration of the time booked. As a parent, I felt that my child and her friends had a driver who was going to get them to each location safely. The kids (teens) opted to leave prom early, and he was ready when they were. I liked that they didn't have to wait. I have no complaints, and I would recommend Veteran Executive Transportation.
Veteran Executive Transportation provided excellent service! We used their Limo service for a dance last weekend. Brian was awesome! All six teens had a blast for their first high school dance! We will definitely use their service again, and highly recommend them!!

Highly recommended! We used Ambassador limousine for our son's prom. The Web had the wrong address for their dinner location and this is where they were to be picked up from. However the driver called he was at the location that was on the web, and he got to the correct address still in perfect time. The limousine was clean, shinning and the kids felt like rockstars.The driver then informed my son that proms sometime die down early. Even though he was scheduled to pick them up at 12:15 am, my son called and he came right away and got them. We will definitely use them next year for our other son's prom.
My fiance and I rode with a couple of our friends from Louisville to Falls of Rough and back. We brought along our instruments and had full jam sessions in the car. Our driver Ed was very kind. He was punctual, and a great driver. We had a wonderful time riding with him, and a great experience with the company. A friend forgot an item in the car, and the owner offered to save us a trip and find a driver to bring it out to us the next day. Overall, wonderful service, and we would highly recommend.
