SHAWNEE GOLF COURSE REVIEWS

The course I've played the most, and I've probably played, maybe, 40 times in my life!? This course could very well make you feel real good about your atrocious club swings! Recently played here for the first time this year, and I shot a 91. If you don't know what that means, it's about the equivalent of shooting the same score in, uh, bowling? BUUUUT, it's great for a person who plays to have fun with friends, who occasionally looks better than said friends who take it a little more seriously Oh, and you can include beer in that fun, too. Cheers!

Absolutely fantastic staff. They made the groom feel extra special when they called him up to the tea box with a special announcement. The layout is a ton of fun and a great location to Louisville.

Beautiful course, friendly staff. Pro shop is super helpful, clean bathrooms!!! ...and they have a driving range for warm ups!

SENECA GOLF COURSE REVIEWS

Seneca golf course is a perfect combination of a beautiful layout, excellent fairways, and very good greens all at a very good price. I had been a member at one of the nicest country clubs in Louisville for 10+ years, but now choose to play at Seneca!

Great municipal course and in great shape for the price. It tends to be a bit crowded on weekends but you just have to expect that. The course is laid out in a challenging yet not unpleasant way which makes for an entertaining and rewarding round.

Great layout! Also known for being the site of Gary Players’ first professional victory in 1958, known as The Kentucky Derby Open.

QUAIL CHASE GOLF CLUB REVIEWS

My friends and I played here several times this year. The course is in excellent shape -- fairways are perfect and greens rolling fast and true. Quail has 3 different 9's, so everytime you play, it feels a little different, and that makes it a great place for a "home" course. Staff were friendly and helpful; clubhouse with bar, good food, and big screen tv's. Plus, they're open seven days. Recommend it for golfers at any skill level..

We played the east course and it was in fantastic shape. We have not had a rain in a month but the fairways and greens were some of the best we have played this year. It’s been a long time since this course has been in this good of shape. It makes me happy they have brought it back from where it was.

I really enjoy this golf course. First entering the club house, everyone is congenial and willing to help. The carts are clean, you can always be sure a score card an pencil are provided. A small matter but it's nice knowing someone does their job. The course is always well kept and playable.
