Ali always takes great care of me. No complaints about the others Ive gone to here. Ali has just become my go to. She is easy to communicate with. And is great at remembering my likes and dislikes. Works with my schedule. And takes her time so I get to relax. Waxes my eyebrows too which I didn't know they offered. The environment is clean and almost always playing some light r&b which I enjoy. 10/10 Highly recommend.

Stacy is always amazing, flexible, communicates well, & has a very sweet demeanor. Only in a pinch would I allow anyone other than Stacy to do my nails.

I LOVE Aly!!! She’s the best!! Have been coming to see her for last 9 months. I won’t go anywhere else! My nails always look great and last a long time.

I’ve been going to this salon for 4 years now and have only positive experiences! My regular tech Destini is the best in the salon! Her technique and attention to detail is admirable. I constantly get complimented on my nails and any design I show her she can do for me. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. The salon is also always clean and they are timely.

Absolutely love this salon. It’s very a clean, relaxing environment. The staff are always kind and friendly. There are so many new nail colors and designs. They offer a wide range of services including GEL X which I’m obsessed with and they always get me in and out in a decent amount of time. Definitely my go to spot for a great nail experience.

I’ve been coming to first lady nails for a while now. I love it here!! The atmosphere is amazing. All nail techs i’ve had are outstanding with their work, and always so kind! I would never go anywhere else! I don’t always take photos of the nails i get done, so here’s just a few to persuade you to come here.

HIGHLAND NAILS REVIEWS

I am visiting Louisville for my son's baseball tournament and wanted to get my nails dipped while I am here. I searched local nail salons and decided to come here based on the many reviews and high rating. I called at 11am and scheduled an appointment for 5pm same day and I was accommodated. When I arrived I was seated quickly at a station - no wait. I didn't know what color I wanted but as I was soaking my current dip off, the technician helped me choose something I've never done before. I have naturally long nails so I don't need acrylics. She helped me choose a clear pink/orange color with a chrome finish and I really like it! I hope my go to salon back home has chrome because I will do this again! I liked this salon because of the friendly staff and the clean shop. The ratings got me there but the service and experience got me to leave a positive review. They don't have over 400 reviews for nothing. My dip nail with chrome finish cost $56 (additional amount for gratuity, undisclosed) which is a GREAT price! I also appreciate how I was able to send the tip directly to my technician by way of Venmo! I love that!! Every client before me also sent their tips via Venmo. This is a great way to keep revenue and gratuities separate. I definitely recommend this place.

I love this shop. I haven’t been in a while because I worked way in the other side of Town but now I’m back this way and I will never go anywhere else in Louisville. All the nail techs are skilled and friendly and the owner /manager is awesome.

Service was great! I was a walk in and they took care of me. Got a full set that lasted for a month. (see picture) The place was clean, no complaints here.
