Cherokee Park is the 2,3-mile Scenic Loop, which has separate lanes for automobile traffic (one-) and recreational users. Park offers a scenic atmosphere between rolling hills, open meadows, and Beargrass Creek Valley woodlands. The fall of the park turns beautiful colors. Runners can enjoy the many challenging climbs, bikers and hikers have beautiful trail options and plenty of spaces for dogs and children to play.

Iroquois Park is a public park of 739 acres in Louisville, Kentucky, United States. The park features the Iroquois amphitheater, an open-air theater seating 2,366 people, during the WPA-era. For the whole year, pedestrians and cyclists can use the path to the top of the park every day. The amphitheater is a state-of-the-art, handicapped-accessible theater with 2,348 seats which hosts a variety of performing arts and cultural programs. You can enjoy plenty of fun activities for kids to do in the park and lake, to the broad hilly golf course.

Beckley Creek Park has 22-acre Egg Lawn where you can spend the day bonding over a bucket of worms, enjoying nature along their trails. The Playground can be enjoyed, and Sprayground is the ideal place for children to let off steam while parents relax or enjoy the walking path. It provides cost-effective room for special events, meetings, and more. They have excellent facilities and places for children to play in. There are large lawns where you can fly kites and have picnics, along with wooded trails, running water and beautiful flowers.
