I have yet to explore all the paths/trails here but I love the scenic loop- it is beautiful and moderately challenging and a great way to have a walking visit or a walk by yourself. As a woman, I feel safe on this path because there are always other women here too. Beautiful, thankful that people before us realized how important it was to have green space in the city!!!
An awesome forest in the middle of the city. Great paths to walk and especially great trails for mountain biking. These are fairly technical trails for beginners but tons of fun overall. There is also an archery range, dog parks, and the nearly world-famous "frisbee field"!!
We come here often. There are loads of trails to hike, bike, and run., Most are easy enough for anyone can hike and have numerous offshoots so that you can change directions, walk different trails every time, etc!!

My favorite hiking in the Louisville area. Beautiful in all four seasons, but especially in the fall when the leaves change. It has a paved surface and is fairly flat. Highly recommend!!

Great place to hike dog-friendly and easy trails.
