The Floor Store

I am quite pleased with my experience at the Floor Store. On my first visit I connected with Elmer --- And I was focused to see if there was a chance that there might be a chance to find a discontinued rug. In retrospect most unlikely but Elmer did check. As it turn out the options for rug options were quite extensive. And there was a sample that seemed to be exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price. Elmer did keep us well apprised of the estimated cost, the contract, and the actual installation process. And addressed my concerns about needing a sealer. Kudos to your installation team assigned to the project I certainly know I will refer to your business should others have a need for a rug or other remodeling needs.

We have gone to multiple stores looking for kitchen & bath flooring, Tile & Carpet and We have to Say Elmer @ The floor, the store is So extremely Helpful, Kind & Patient! From letting us take samples home numerous times to design help. The rest of his team there Chris, Melanie, Robert are fabulous as well! A true pleasure working with Kind, Patient, Flexible people. We'd highly recommend The Floor Store. Extremely Professional!

Our house looks great and it was actually a fun experience. Ted took care of us from beginning to end. Cal and Greg were incredible craftsmen and fun to be around. The work is amazing. Chris and John got our carpet down in a few hours and it is perfect. Daniel was a great plumber and made sure the job was done the way we wanted. Thanks for a job well done! Scott and Nicki.
