My husband and I wanted to replace the old carpets on the stairs and 3rd floor of our home to match the engineered hardwood that we have on the other floors. Ricardo came to my house for the free initial consultation, provided 2 very competitive quotes, and invited me to visit their showroom to pick from their large selections of materials. The entire process from consultation to final result took less than 30 days (most of the waiting time was just for the material to arrive; ripping off carpets and installing new floors took them 5-6 days).
