Neptune Society

Losing a loved one is hard. My hospice team contacted Neptune on my behalf as that was the arrangement. They arrived quickly and removed my mom with care. When we went to the office to complete the process it was done with compassion. There was no rush, no extras being pushed. They honored my mom’s wishes and made it easy on me and my son. In addition, they have continued to check in to and offer me services for grieving as well.

The people at the Neptune Society of Reno were outstanding in helping our family with the sudden loss of my wife, Denise was very kind, compassionate, and truly caring. The professionalism shown to myself and family, helped tremendously with any extra burdens we may have had with cremation arrangements. Filled with grief and sorrow, none of us wanted to tend to all the little details required for final services. Thank-you Neptune Society for seeing us through this process and making us feel like we are family. God bless.
