Doug was great! From Start to finish. He greeted us as soon as we walked in and directed us to the refrigerator section. Took his time explaining all the differences between the 2 models I was torn between. Helped me decide if we wanted the warranty plan and the pros and cons that came with the new policies. Even told me to call him to confirm when it'll be delivered so I can give my work a heads-up! Will definitely be back to get our next appliance from him.

This location is quite big, a lot of options to choose from. Brandon, the manager, was very friendly, and so was Cherelle. We decided to buy a fridge that day, the one we originally wanted was out of stock but Brandon showed us one close to the price we were originally looking at. He was personable with his sales approach and answered our questions thoroughly.

My experience with American Freight was outstanding. MD my sales associate, was very knowledgeable of ALL 3 products I was looking for and helped me every step of the way. Not only will I be back, but I will recommend everyone I know looking to buy appliances. Thanks MD.
