Value City Furniture

Looking for furniture right now is exhausting, most of the places we were looking at were telling us 6 to 8 weeks for a delivery. One place told us August. I was not thinking I was going to get a better delivery date from Value City Furniture, I just went in to see if I saw anything I liked. Will greeted me as I was walking around, and he let me know he was available for any questions, but he was not overly pushy. I decided on two different sofas and much to my delight they will be delivered this Friday. Thank you Will for your help.

The staff in store was absolutely awesome and incredibly helpful. They were super friendly and not at all the typical pushy salespeople which was great. the delivery team was phenomenal as well and they got everything perfectly in place for me. They even helped me set up a service call for some missing screws. They made it clear that they would stick up for me to make sure everything was perfect, which I greatly appreciate.

Value City was my first and last stop. I was greeted by Ms. Pam Morton, who was very knowledgeable of the furniture and styles, patient me in making the right selection for comfort and supportive with explaining the different financing option available. I will definitely go back again to purchase more items. Thank you so much for everything for the awesome experience.
