Furniture Mall Austin

I walked in and immediately was greeted by Marc the director. He was very kind to my 3 year old, energetic and fun! My husband and dad and son rode. The bikes they had out. He easily made it our best ever experience instead of a random outing to a boring furniture store with the fam. We were looking for a pull out couch. They have a good variety of furniture.

This was not the first time I had gone into Furniture Mall of Texas, but it was the first time I found and bought exactly what my husband and I have been dreaming of. With the help of Jim, he guided me towards the couch of our dreams, gave guidance about pricing, and made me one happy wife. I literally cried tears of joy when he gave me the amazing news that not only the couch was going to be ours, but that the price was going to be lowered. I truly wish this place was not going away, but alas, all good things must come to an unfortunate end. I hope that as we are building our dream home together, we can find another place that is welcoming and kind-- just like Jim and The Furniture Mall of Texas is and will always be.

First time in the store. Loved the no pressure visit. Brandon was very helpful and gave us many options. We went home to measure again and decide on a color and they made it super easy to pay via the link they sent so I did not have to drive back to the store to pay. Overall great experience. And a hot dog and ice cream was a nice bonus!
