Nice welcome to store. Kevin met us and let us wander and compare sofas. He was readily available when we needed to ask a question. He made suggestions for different choices we could make on legs, pillows etc without being underfoot! Nice person to make a sale with. Loved the store and all the choices.

Jennifer Ryan was great in helping me make the best decision for me. She was not overbearing at all and gave me time to weigh my options and then helped me choose my covering. I appreciate all the help and input. She was knowledgeable and so friendly. I cannot wait to receive my sofa.

Our rep was from the Montgomery store and was absolutely amazing and provided a great customer experience! Makayla was her name I believe. I purchased a huge painting and the other male rep who sort of looked like Thor helped me get it situated, purchased, and loaded into my truck. Up until these two came and serviced us my sister and I were ignored by all the other reps; even the ones that were not directly helping a customer. The store was busy but it wasn’t busy to the point to say hello or you guys finding everything ok.
