So happy to find a great Handyman in Elk Grove! After several on-site visits from other Handymen in the area and almost giving up, I was so relieved to find Mike. He was the first one who looked at my project and showed a true knowledge and interest, which involved removing 20+ year old caulking from the top of my painted aluminum/vinyl patio overhang. There were multiple seams to deal with and multiple visits following cleaning, caulking removal, etc all while being careful not to gauge the painted aluminum. Mike took on the challenge and was meticulous and hardworking. Price was fair considering the project. I will definitely reach out to Mike again for future projects.

Seven years ago, Mike did refinishing work on my half wall and stair rails to make them look seamless. Truly appreciated his effort.

He has a background in engineering, in addition to his contractor’s license and experience, which gave me a great deal of confidence and trust in his ability to fix everything! We discussed possible future projects, and he was kind enough to remember, on his own, to replace a missing screw on my gate, simply because I mentioned it during his initial visit.
