We had the best experience with NRG-Pros for the re-roof of our house. Everyone on the team are amazing professionals with great communication. Tom Thomas was such a delight to work with. Juan Chavez was super helpful in the scheduling of the re-roof and Eric Lloyd was great with giving updates throughout the entire re-roof process. Our roof was old, but it didn’t seem to be a problem for the NRG-Pros team. They make sure all the dry rot was taken care of and the roof looks amazing. The value was good, fairly priced as compared to other quotes I received. We are super happy with the end result and will refer everyone we know the NRG for any roofing issues.

I’ve found the work quality of NRG Pros to be excellent. But, most pleasing to me has been the high integrity shown by the owners and managers. My roofing project included unforeseen difficulties. As these difficulties were encountered, NRG Pros staff proved to be a willing partner to find effective, fair solutions.

We had Yancey company do a complete roof replacement. Very, very happy with the work and the guys they had to do the work. Stripping the whole roof was about four hours putting the new roof on with gutter guards and ridge vents was a lot of work. They even covered the roof because of rain prediction. Every day end of the day they cleaned up their entire mess completely blew off the patio around the side of the house. The guys were great. The roof is great. The office worked really well. I have been a contractor in Sacramento for over 40 years and the Yancey company has always done a great job.

We reviewed several options, and he thoroughly answered our many questions. The estimates he provided for different options were within our expectations. Brian Crane, estimator for Yancey has been very thorough. His explanations are easily understood and he has been very patient with my questions. His bids are very close to the other companies but his explanations have been more thorough and complete. Incidentally a dear friend just had a new roof completed by Yancey Home Improvements and they have been very pleased with all aspects of their roofing job and gave them a high recommendation too.
