Quality, Value and Trust! Those are the three words I can use to describe this company. The quality of my roof is beyond expected. The value for what you get is greater than any other roofing company in the city. The trust instilled by the office staff and roofers is true to form in that everything was completed in a timely manner. They are hard workers! I can truly say tougher than me in doing a job that is strenuous and demanding.

Called for estimate. Mike was out within 3 days. They were able to start quickly. Very prompt and professional. The day after completion it rained we noticed a couple small leaks in the gutter corners. I texted Mike about it and he had guys over to fix it within the hour. Very professional. Excellent work. We love the new look it gave our house and so do all the neighbors. We highly recommend NorCal Roofing.

The roof work that was done to my personal house was unmatched compared to the other companies I have worked with on my rentals. Gabriel and Jose C especially were extremely helpful and did and amazing job. I will definitely being contacting him for future jobs.

We had Yancey company do a complete roof replacement. Very, very happy with the work and the guys they had to do the work. Stripping the whole roof was about four hours putting the new roof on with gutter guards and ridge vents was a lot of work. They even covered the roof because of rain prediction. Every day end of the day they cleaned up their entire mess completely blew off the patio around the side of the house. The guys were great. The roof is great. The office worked really well. I have been a contractor in Sacramento for over 40 years and the Yancey company has always done a great job.

Brian Crane, estimator for Yancey has been very thorough. His explanations are easily understood and he has been very patient with my questions. His bids are very close to the other companies but his explanations have been more thorough and complete.
