Kevin Smith, Mike Andrews, the dispatcher that set up our apt and the crew that showed up today to take down our 55+ foot Sycamore tree were amazing! The communication throughout the entire process was fantastic, the teams safety precautions set up on site were on point. The crew was on time, professional, and went above and beyond by cutting & stacking the wood so we can split it at a later date. Had a huge Oak tree fall on our house a couple days prior to a storm. We needed tree carefully removed from our roof and some limbs even pierced through into our bedroom and closet. BP came out same time as another company we called and gave us a cheaper price to remove tree same day, haul away, and tarp our roof for impending weather. All within about 7-8 hours, BP had 3 teams of guys here, got everything cleaned up and tarped before 8pm same day. It was interesting and impressive to watch them do their jobs well. They have definitely done this before and I highly recommend them for all your tree issues.

BP Tree Service removed multiple overgrown Oleanders and ground the stumps. The crew also trimmed two Crape Myrtles and two Pear Trees. The exceptional crew was led by a very professional and knowledgeable young man, by the name of Nilson. Thank you for all your hard work to make my backyard look great again. I had a large mulberry tree in my backyard. Falling Leaf Tree came out with a crew of four and a truck with a chopper. They gave me notice and arrived on time. Within 6 hours, they took down this 60 to 70 ft tree and cleaned up all the mess. Very professional and very skilled. I asked them to cut some firewood and load it into my truck which they did gladly. I was surprised that nothing got broken even though it was a windy day and they had to maneuver around my garden and fences. Then the very next day another person came out from the company and ground the stump. He also was very professional and within a few hours had the job done. A supervisor came out before the work was started and scoped out the job and answered any questions I had. I had another tree company prune that tree last year for $2,000 and did not do nearly as much work as they did in the short amount of time too. Last year I had to get the guy to come back to do his job and it still was not done right. I highly recommend Fallen leaf Tree company for any landscaping job for their professionalism, work ethic, problem solving, arriving on time and completing the job in an outstanding manner.

To say that I was all around impressed with Fallen Leaf and every one of their employees I had the pleasure of meeting would be an understatement!! From start to finish they were prompt, professional, thorough and were equipped with everything needed to complete the job as promised. When I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate I left a voicemail and my call was returned the same day and was able to be scheduled within a couple days. After the estimate appointment I decided to accept and called to schedule my tree removal. To my delight they were able to schedule me for the next day. The crew came out first thing in the morning and got right to work and work they did! Straight through until the early afternoon when the job was completed. They arrived early and were on the job by 8:00am.. They cleaned up the branches as they went. They did a great job and tried their best to clean up. They finished within an hour of the tome they estimated. I was very happy with the work.
