She helped up transfer our storages for a bigger size including a major drop in rent for the units that were available and she helped us update our information with the transfer. Her services were amazing, the environment was friendly and we had a great time getting things done and just cracking jokes when the moment called for it. She was so professional and so much fun. Very well maintained facility and the staff in the office are always very helpful when I’ve had to upgrade my unit or needed to ask about my bill. It’s also convenient for me but overall, 5 stars is for how great the customer service is.
