GOLDEN STATE INSPECTIONS REVIEWS

We're in the process of buying a house, and our realtor coordinated mold and sewer line inspections through Golden State Inspections. Email communications were clear and concise, and while we were not physically present at the inspection, our realtor said it went smoothly. We received a report promptly after, with links to videos as well. (Never thought a video of the inside of a sewer pipe would be so fascinating!)

Jim was very courteous and professional. Very detailed and realistic with his evaluations. I would recommend (Jim) with Golden State Inspections without hesitation! Appreciate the attention to detail.

Golden State Inspections was easy to work with. I called them multiple times to arrange the dates and times due to the urgency of trying to meet deadline for closing on my purchase. Michael was my inspector, he did a thorough job with my home inspections providing context and what needs to be repaired on the report. He also addressed any concerns on spot if I had any. As a first time homebuyer, the inspections gave me confidence to make informed decisions especially during inspections contingency phase. I cannot stress how important the inspections helped me.

We just used Hawkeye for our inspection. We bought a home that was direct through the owner (they were also a Real Estate agent). Lori on the phone was very helpful. She had us do everything online and it was super convenient. Raymond was the inspector that showed up. He was very professional and extremely thorough. They caught every little detail and it ended up saving us thousands in negotiating the price. Funny enough the agent selling the house recommended him. They should probably start referring lesser quality inspectors. LOL. Joking aside I will now use them and refer them every time.
