I'm really pleased with the Alert 360 Alarm I have this service for so many years and I never had any problems with the service . The technician and representative are very professional and treated you with lots of respect. They are very kind and respectful. Very good service. The technician arrived on time she is very professional and respectful. I recommend this alarm system to other people that are looking for an alarm system.

Alert 360 was very easy to work with about fixing my alarm problems. I have been an Alert 360 since I bought this house 7 years ago. We final had an issue with one of the motion sensors and they were able to quickly schedule a service call. Tina, the technician, was quick and efficient with not just the motion sensor but was also able to replace a battery in our panel. Highly recommend this alarm company.

The technician arrived on time, called prior to arrival to let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived, he was very professional and proficient at his job. He quickly resolved the issues we were having annd acted in a very professional manner. He took the time to show me how to change the batteries in the various sensors on the system and was very informative.

ADT SECURITY SERVICES REVIEWS

We had a wonderful experience with ADT.customer service and virtual tech support last week. Our control panel battery was recently changed out, but we still had problems activating the system due to communication issue with the panel. “LeDon” genuinely attempted to help us troubleshoot our problem, with multiple methods…She’s was SO extraordinarily patient with us. We then had to set up for a virtual appt with “Sam” as there was still an interfacing issue with turning on our system. “Sam” was able to get our security system back on-line, with the side of using our iPhone camera via of a link for him to see what was going on with our panel.

Chris Duran was wonderful in assisting my Mother and myself in getting the medical alert system set up for both of us. Everything was explained in an easy manner to understand what would be our best option. He was also so patient and helpful when walking us through the computer screens to get the order set up. I definitely recommend him for anyone that may want to sign up for the ADT medical alert system.

I had to call ADT customer support due to connection errors. I have an Android my mother has an apple .Fortunately I connected with Nelda from customer service . She was the most helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly patient and extremely friendly customer service representative I've ever had the pleasure of talking with.
