AAA ELECTRICAL SERVICES REVIEWS

I called mid afternoon today and the technicians arrived within 30 minutes to check on the repairs I needed. Once they got the info on the several things I wanted done, they quickly went to the store and returned with the supplies and within an hour everything was done and perfectly! I highly recommend this business for the efficiency, professionalism and friendly service they provide!

Had an electrical issue with our dryer that started on a busy Memorial Day weekend. AAA dispatched Jason and he showed up within 20 minutes! Jason is extremely knowledgeable and respectful and was able to troubleshoot the problem within minutes. He communicated his process the whole time which allowed me to learn a few things along the way. Keeping safety first, he was done in no time! Without a doubt he gave me the best deal because of that expertise. Would highly recommend!

Jason was so helpful. He shared lots of information and I could tell he took pride in his work. He was totally professional and efficient. He got the job done and helped my elderly parents feel confident about what he was doing. I really appreciate his knowledge and help. Thank you!

PRIORITY 1 ELECTRIC REVIEWS

We had a great experience using Priority 1 Electric over the weekend. Our dishwasher was shutting down and tripping the circuit. Wasn’t sure whether to call a plumber or an electrician. Made the right choice. From the initial phone call (someone actually answered the phone) to setting up the appointment, everything went smoothly. Turned out our garbage disposal was leaking and tripping the electrity off on that circuit. Mike was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely contact them again if I need any electrical work done. I highly recommend Priority 1 Electric!

Casey at Priority I Electric has been our go to electrician for years. He is great!!! He is here when he says he will be. He diagnoses the problem and gives us options on what can be done to fix it. The best part is he explains what he will be doing and why. If we have an electric problem, which we often do in our old house, Casey is the person I want. I highly recommend the company and especially Casey.

Mike at Priority One electric could not be any nicer or more responsive and efficient. The whole team there communicated with us constantly and kept us up to date on our project. I can not recommend them more highly for your electrical needs.

Martin is the man. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to understand. He gave recommendations and took photos. We then sat down and went over everything and I got the quote right there for the work to be done. Let me tell ya, it’s hard to get someone to tell you on the spot the estimate and be able to schedule the work at the same time. Thank you for that.

Arrived well ahead of schedule, sent a text before they arrived which was helpful. Reviewed what needed to be done to install washer and dryer outlets in our garage and what made the most sense and was cost effective for us. Honest, reasonable, patient and provided me with an explaination of the quote. They were awesome!

Martin was an awesome electrician who came out and help us fix our plug for our washer, dishwasher and garbage disposal! Living without those for 2 weeks has been brutal and within 15 minutes he had us up and running! Super nice, thorough and was so helpful explaining to us what was going on. We have more work coming up and we hope to get him back out here! 5 stars for sure!
