CATHEDRAL OF THE BLESSED SACRAMENT REVIEWS
The Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament in Sacramento, California is a stunning example of neo-Renaissance architecture. On a beautiful day, the cathedral's white marble exterior gleams in the sunlight, and its twin towers soar against the blue sky. The cathedral's most striking feature is its massive dome, which is topped by a golden cross. The dome is flanked by two smaller domes, and the entire structure is topped by a series of ornamental pinnacles and spires. The cathedral's facade is also richly decorated, with a large central portico and two smaller side porticoes. The porticoes are supported by Corinthian columns, and the entablature above is decorated with a relief of the Last Supper. The cathedral was built in the late 19th century, during a time of great growth and prosperity for Sacramento. The city was the capital of the California Gold Rush, and it was attracting people from all over the world. The cathedral was built to serve the growing Catholic population of the city, and it quickly became one of Sacramento's most iconic landmarks.
What a beautiful cathedral! When you walk in, it only takes a moment to realize how much detail is in everything! From the ceiling paintings, to the sculptures, to the woodworking. It was awe inspiring. It’s in a great location that’s easy to get to (there’s a streetcar that stops right outside) and it’s definitely worth the visit if you love architecture!
This beautiful Cathedral is by far one of my most favorite places to visit in all of Sacramento. I always feel a large, comforting presence when I enter the front door and it is so tranquil and peaceful inside. The beauty is overwhelming.

OUR LADY OF GUADALUPE CHURCH REVIEWS
This Church will transport you to a beautiful place in Mexico, with a kind since of community who love and cares. Every Sunday a festive market of food and drink vendors, is available to all,(whether you attend church or not). In the alley behind the Church is an outdoor market or on T. Street just in front. Enjoy, bacon wrapped hot dogs, desserts, churros, tacos, tortas, pupusas, etc. If you're in the South side Park area on Sunday I highly recommend stopping by and enjoying the food the atmosphere and festivities of this beautiful Church.
It is a place of peace if you are a soul searcher. The priests are a gem .very very caring to confess to... The are very different from San Diego. With a psychological and kind and patience form to explain the word of God. Everytime I leave I feel so much better for my journey in life and my accomplishments.
This is an absolutely beautiful Church. The clergy and other people in the church are very accommodating. All help facilitate services as they are especially well suited for those that have left us recently.
