We called on the recommendation of hospice to make funeral arrangements that were not pre-planned. Our experience was very positive in all respects. The people who assisted us were caring and knowledgeable. We were very impressed with Celeste who provided good, clear information and kind support without trying to "sell" or promote anything. The quality of everything was very high and the prices very reasonable.

After my mother passed away, Affordable Cemations was very prompt in beginning the process of transport and in obtaining all the documentation that they needed to obtain from the County while keeping me updated at every step of the way. They were efficient and timely and everything got done by the date that they estimated would be. The staff, both Maya and Celeste, were professional, friendly, respectful, and sensitive to the reasons why we were conducting business with them. I'm very satisfied with their service and I would recommend it to any other family that looks to having their loved ones treated with respect in their last stage. Fully satisfied.

The process was painless. We called several places and Affordable Cremation actually answered the phone and spoke to me directly. No one else even bothered to return my call. These are not fun calls to make and to have someone pick up the phone and answer my questions immediately really meant a lot and made the entire process easier. I had questions and asked if there were any surprise costs, etc. Celeste sent me an email (within 10 minutes) detailing everything and the costs associated with each. You feel so vulnerable in this situation. You wonder if you are doing the right thing for your loved one. After speaking with Celeste I was sure Affordable Cremation was the right choice. In fact I was so happy with their services and the way they took care of my brother I'm going to preplan and specify they will be used when I pass.

Professionalism and kindness. Heidi and Chleo assisted me…they took me gently through the details of their services and purchases. Additionally, when my parents did pass away (three months apart) because I had made prior arrangements with East Lawn, when hospice called them two of the kindest gentlemen (who are employees of East Lawn and NOT an agency), Audel and Erick, arrived both times dressed in suits, quietly, respectfully, gently wrapped my parents in white sheets, placed them gently on a gurney and put a fitted blanket over them before taking them from their room. They also placed them gently into the van before they transported them to East Lawn where they were cremated. I also enjoy the tours of the cemetery. I still have to do the inside one.

The staff was very kind and went above and beyond for us in our time of need, especially Victor, he worked hard to make sure the funeral was exactly how we wanted it to be. He was very helpful and stayed in touch with us throughout the whole process. They listen to what we wanted and took the time to make sure our wishes were met. Thank you for everything you guys did to make this very difficult time a little easier for our family.

We have always had good service at East Lawn Cemetery in the past. We have used it 4 times already. We have never been disappointed. Everyone were professional and caring.
