When we bought a new commercial building for our law firm, we needed a construction company that was local, experienced, easy to work with, and with the experience and know how to get the job done. Rouben, the owner, was responsive to us throughout the process. The process was as smooth as could be from the moment we started discussing our needs, generating a detailed proposal, and then executing on the project. As a lawyer, one satisfying part of working with Buildpros was the excellent communication. Rouben and team were proactive, using technology and photographs, and having everything in writing so we knew where we stood and what had to be done. Rouben was excellent to work with. His prices were reasonable and transparent. The folks that did the work were kind and great at explaining things and asking us before doing anything that veered from the original plan. We were able to text and email Rouben and he responded promptly. He came by daily to inspect the progress and check in with us. Although BuildPros mostly does larger projects, Rouben does a great job with small remodels too. We're thrilled with the results and would recommend his company to anyone in the area.

BuildPros have been amazing when we had our renovations done. We renovated our bathroom and kitchen. They helped make the whole process bearable and as budget friendly as possible. I’d like to praise their dedication in hitting a standard in their work; the tiles we selected were large and difficult to level flat on our uneven ground but after the first pass was unsatisfactory they re-leveled and succeeded the second pass. We’d also like to appreciate the craftsmanship of their Carpenter, making a lot of the woodwork we required seamless and to what we envisioned. Throughout this entire renovation they made feel very safe and comfortable to carry on our daily activities in the house. The communication for every step was prompt and clear, it made working with everyone on their team very easy. We’d highly recommend anyone in their area of operation to use as a contractor. Definitely work with them again!
