Meridian Custom Homes

My wife and I chose Meridian Custom Homes after 5 disappointingly high bids to build our home from other builders. Their team was exceptional, confident and understood our budget. We were most impressed that their design services were included in their quote to build our house, as was not the case with other higher priced quotes. One of the best aspects of the process for us was the personal attention and care we received for the many decisions that are involved with building a home. They made the process seamless and enjoyable. We have enjoyed 5 years in our new home and we absolutely love the quality of our Meridian Custom Home.

Our home design and home building experience with Meridian has been great. We have had very good communication with our point people at MCH and they have really gone above and beyond to make our home exactly how we want it. They have allowed us to view the property when needed and have fixed or adjusted all the things we needed them to, without issue. In the design stage, they really worked with us to get the home exactly the way we had envisioned and were extremely patient with us every time we made an adjustment or change in the planning process. Sue has been outstanding and has really helped us nail down all the thoughtful details that make a home extra special. Paul and all the subcontractors we have had on our project have been polite, hard-working, patient, and have gone the extra mile to make the house exactly how we envisioned it. We are very happy with how our home has been coming along!

We had the pleasure of working with Meridian to build our home in Rehoboth. Their home building process is very streamlined and was much easier for us as clients. There are no last minute decisions and you are able to plan through the process and design ahead of time so it never feels rushed or last minute. We were also very impressed with the quality of their work which is ultimately the most important thing! I would absolutely build with Meridian again!
