Just WOW. The experience that I had with EDC Design Build was absolutely astounding. From Day 1 to completion Shawn and the team were open to all the ideas (and changes) that my wife and I had from the design stage to the working around existing landscape. Our project was being completed at the same time as other project in our backyard which can always be a little tricky, but the site was always clean and livable during the process which is a huge plus during the summer and fall months. The team was always responsive and completed the work within our deadline. The final product turned out beautiful and more than we could have dreamed of and added so much more living space to our backyard! This is something that my family will be able to enjoy for many years to come and would highly recommend EDC Design Build for any projects that you may be thinking of in the near future!

A big thank you to the entire EDC Homes team for our new pool house with bath and full kitchen. It is the centerpiece of our backyard haven! EDC's creativity, craftsmanship, industry experience, and professionalism are unmatched! This custom build required significant coordination and planning with the homeowners and Virginia Beach Patios for the integrated hardscaping. EDC went above and beyond throughout the entire process to ensure we were satisfied with every aspect of our new addition. Their customer service and quality of work was 5 stars! EDC has done an amazing job on my new East Beach townhome. The level of detail, overall items included in their base home package are great. Their interpretation for what a community of homes should look like and represent the city are on point. Everyone on their team, from the designer to project manager and superintendent have been great to work with. So happy to be finally moving into our home!!
