We recently completed an extensive six figure remodel/refurbish effort and we hired the Katz team to serve as our general contractor. They are outstanding. During the process they selected, coordinated and managed at least 11 different trades. The people Katz selected were skilled, professional and always respectful of us and our property. The few issues that came up during construction were handled immediately and to our complete satisfaction. As we got into the job we ran into a number of unforeseen repair issues that had to be addressed. Amazingly, we still came in under budget. Hiring the Katz team was a blessing. We could not have done it ourselves.

Joel, Lucy and the entire team were a pleasure to work with and lived up to the high standards we expected from the recommendation we received. Joel Katz and his company built our Westlake home and his company and wife, Lucy Katz, have been just wonderful to work with over the last eight years.
