My husband and I have built two homes. For the first many years ago, we used a small builder out of Belchertown. They did a decent job. But in building our second home in 2011, we wanted a more experienced builder who could help us build our dream home. We had learned from our first experience and went into searching for a builder feeling well-educated in the process. After meeting with three high-end home builders, we ultimately chose Pecoy.
