Our home is gorgeous and constructed really well. They are fantastic to work with and we would absolutely recommend buying a home with Tralon.

No problems or issues at all. Mike Cox and Shawn Jackson got right on our claim right away and resolved it in a very reasonable timeframe that worked for us. Our shower door broke and they were taking care of it the next day and we also had a couple areas of our floor that were squeaky and two damaged flooring planks which were fixed two days after we reported it. Great customer service here.

Mike from the warranty department has helped us numerous times personally fixing our issues and even going out of his way to help us with an unrelated issue. Each time he has been very accommodating, friendly, honest, communicative and professional. He takes an otherwise frustrating issue and takes care of it. As a Tralon homeowner and real estate agent, I really appreciate that.
