Best car buying experience! Bill was such a joy to work with. He was very thorough and patient. Made sure we felt comfortable with the car, listened to exactly what I wanted, and was honest. He never pushed or pressured us into signing. You can tell everyone at Schrier Automotive are there for the customer and to make sure the customer is happy, comfortable, and capable of purchasing a new/used car. I can honestly say, they have made a customer for life.

I listed my wife's car for sale on FB Marketplace. Jill reached out with a fair offer and made it super easy to drop my car off by having all the paperwork ready to sign, with a check for our positive equity, when I showed up. Jacob met me and I was in and out in literally 5 minutes. Unfortunately they didn't have anything that caught my eye at the moment, but I'll keep my eye on their inventory because they're great to work with. Thanks again.

We totalled our vehicle, and wanted to get another one jus like it. I bought a car through Russ Durkan before, and he was the first call I made. Within a day he found the car we wanted. Russ was very responsive to us, and made sure the car was ready when we needed it. I'll call Russ again if we need to get another car.

I bought a 2017 Lexus CT200 from Billy and the folks at TICL and had it shipped to my home in Austin, Texas. Because it was low miles (at the time it was one of the lowest mileage CTs in the country) and had an above average amount of pictures, I bought it sight-unseen. The buying process was very easy, super smooth and I received a very nice car from these guys. Thanks for a great experience.

I truly loved my car buying experience with this dealership. It had a fantastic and friendly atmosphere. All my questions were answered. They had just the right vehicle for me. And I am super happy with my service and experience. If anyone asks me in the future where to go. I will recommend this place in a heartbeat.

Picked out a truck at 10am...placed an offer around 11am...all the red tape was done by 2pm. From Nebraska to Virginia...sight unseen...Easiest vehicle purchase ive made,and ive owned 123 vehicles over the years. Highly recommended as a hassle free experience.

Everything about CarMax was absolutely fantastic. The online process took minutes, when I went into the location to confirm the offer again only took a few minutes and they gave me the best offer. I decided to wait a couple of days and they happily let me know that the offer would be valid for few more days. The Employees at Carmax were so amazing and super helpful, they were probably the nicest employees. Stephany has been absolutely fantastic. She was very helpful, guided me through the process and kept me posted and she was very nice to get me things I forgot in my car.

The selling process was very easy. We got our appraisal offer on line, which was a lot more than dealerships would offer for trade ins. So we decided to sell our vehicle to CarMax, and it was very easy. It took us less than half an our to get the paperwork done and walked out with our check. The gentleman who helped us was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Would definitely sell our vehicle to CarMax again if we needed to.

Carmax is among the top spots for purchasing a vehicle. Their team is incredibly professional, friendly, and eager to discuss every detail with you. Our experiences have been nothing short of excellent with the last three cars we've purchased from them throughout the years. We take great pride in collaborating with Carmax.
