Drury Inn & Suites Columbus Convention Center

We stayed at the Drury Plaza Hotel as we were going to the Nationwide Arena. The hotel was newly renovated. The hotel staff was so friendly. The bed was comfortable and are room was quiet and clean. We had a pizza from the hotel restaurant it was very good. There was also a hot bar from 5:30 to 7 with pork sliders Mac and cheese hot vegetables and more. All the food was fresh and hot. The location was within walking distance to the arena. We will definitely stay there again if was are ever back in the area. We would like to say thank you to the hotel staff. Everyone was so wonderful helpful and friendly. Which made the stay enjoyable.

Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying downtown Columbus and we will be back!! Without going into a ton of detail, there was some issues on our floor against our control with another room down the hall disrupting several other guests as well as us. The hotel managers and staff (and local police) handled it very well and professionally. They apologized profusely to us and credited our room, in which we truly appreciated. The issue that occurred was not due to the hotel at all but to other guests. The team on shift was fantastic and the bartender was so sweet as well. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

My wife and I are blown away by how awesome our experience was. We had a great time while staying here during the Arnold expo. The food and drink options were great and easily added hundreds of dollars of value to our stay. Staff was awesome as well. We can't wait to come back next year.
