Sheraton Springfield Monarch Place Hotel

Nice hotel, central location with the parking garage right underneath the hotel. Has access to Monarch Place and across the street via sky walks over the roads. Staff was super friendly, but all of the stairs' doors were locked so I had to take the elevator for one floor, which was annoying but not overly inconvenient.

Staff was amazing and outstanding from the front desk to room service was great! Jonathan & Linda were amazing checking me in, they gave me great information that was well needed!! Will book again.

Just got back from a weekend trip and our stay was nothing but positive. Great staff and comfortable rooms. Cassandra at the MVP restaurant was amazing!
