Cody was an excellent choice for a technician to do my service work on my furnace that wasn't working. Cody spent a lot of time in the 2 days that he was here because he had to pick up parts that he didn't have with him. Cody's attention to detail and the quality of the work was excellent. I will be using this company again in the future because everything always breaks. I'm glad I chose this company and now I will add them to my list of contractors that I'll use in the future.

We had another great service appointment with Blue Ox today. We woke up to find that the temperature was a few degrees below the thermostat setting. After completing the troubleshooting checklist ourselves, I called for a service appointment. The technician arrived an hour later, found and solved the primary issue in the furnace, and inspected the rest of the system, finding an additional issue in the humidifier which was preventing proper function. He kept me informed at every step of the process and consulted with me on options. I feel that we got the best possible service and I feel confident in the system’s performance going forward.

Great experience! Sent me a coupon for a $50 tune-up. I was expecting all sorts of upselling and such but the technician was great. I got into an earlier appointment, too! He did have some ideas for how I could improve my air quality, but he wasn't pushy. Very respectful!
