Really happy I found Evergreen. Not only was I able to get an appointment scheduled within 24 hours, the associates who answered my call tried feverishly to offer tech support over the phone to ensure an appointment was not scheduled if it wasn’t truly needed. I really appreciate that type of customer service in this day and age. Cody was our technician today and he supplied us with stellar service. He was able to quickly assess the problem and get our heat turned back on within minutes of his arrival. We will definitely be repeat customers!

Evergreen is a very professional and client friendly company. I never have to worry about remembering when the scheduling appointment they simply call me and ask if I want to schedule a service. They’re easy to select a date and time… Absolutely fabulous company. I have purchased a furnace and an AC unit from them and I recommend them 100%.

All stages of this furnace installation were outstanding. The initial home assessment was very advanced and detailed. the installation was smooth. Service, responsiveness, and follow through were outstanding. And the price was very competitive. So far, after about 5 weeks, I love my Trance furnace.
