Everyone that I have worked with or spoken to at Guardian has been very knowledgeable and professional. From my salesperson Jack to my installer Matt, they have been on time for appointments and promptly returned phone calls. The installation went smoothly and I am very pleased with my new upgraded system. I have been with another security service for 27 years and their customer service was lacking so I am happy that I have made the switch to Guardian.

What a wonderful company!! I have only had to call approx. three times in the last several years. Which is wonderful comparing with the last alarm company I had!! Everyone is very pleasant & always are so helpful!! They always get the job done asap.

When our power was out, the security panel would not stop cherping. It was driving us nuts. Elizabeth was very pleasant in giving us instructions on how to solve the problem.

We had another alarm company, a big national chain. We switched to Washington Alarm to support a local company & thrilled we did. Their service was exceptional. We had a new home so lots of complexities. Their staff is very friendly, trustworthy & knowledgeable. Plus, they are extremely responsive. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We have used Washington Alarm for years and they are great, responsive and professional.

WA Alarm is helpful and prompt with service. We all enjoy working with the office staff and the techs.

BURDICK'S SECURITY REVIEWS

Tim came out and rescued us on a weekend evening after a power outage when our aging alarm started blaring and wouldn't turn off. Service above and beyond the call of duty! More recently, Glen helped us figure out what type of keyless lock would work best for us and came and installed it. We've also had them re-key locks and make replacement keys. We've had entirely positive experiences with this local, family-run company.

Thank you, Burdick's! In a spectacular fete, I locked TWO sets of keys inside my running car last week. AAA helped me out and then I drove straight to you to get a third set to keep somewhere safe. Ha. It was quick, a few minutes for a new key. A fair price and the worker was sweet enough to watch out the window to see if it worked while I tried it out. It did! First try. Thank you very much. Highly recommend.

Got our in house lock cylinders re-keyed w/ ease. Should have been within an hour, but we got distracted with breakfast, and lost track of time. Solid group.
